Message from the Family
I can't thank everyone enough for their support during this dark time. Thanks to everyone who attended Danny's Memorial Service. And to those who couldn't attend in person, we know you were there in spirit and we thank you. Danny's smiling on us all.

Daniel Paul Alley, 17, a resident of Tijeras, passed away Monday, November 28, 2011. He is survived by mother, Susan Lynn Alley of Tijeras, and fiance', Sean O'Brien of Las Cruces; father, Thomas Edward Alley and Danny's step-mother, Christella Alley of Aberdeen, MD; brother, Robbie Alley of Tijeras. Danny had a kind heart, and would rescue any living creature, if possible. He loved all animals, especially his dogs, Will, Sam, Chewie, Logan, Ben, Sunka, Luke, Otis, and Dara. He also loved music, playing the trumpet, and anything having to do with aviation. He had been Microsoft certified, since age 14 to fly a variety of aircraft, including international fixed wing and rotary aircraft. His truck was his pride and joy, and he spent many hours fixing it up and maintaining it. He loved riding roller coasters, and felt like "the bigger, the faster, the better". A memorial service will be held Friday, December 2, at 10:00 am at Kirtland AFB Main Chapel, with Chaplain Jason Knudeson officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Danny's name to the Sea World and Busch Gardens Conservation Fund at https://donations.swbg-conservationfund.org/Scripts/tribute.aspx
