Charles passed away on Tuesday, September 24, 2019.

Charles was a resident of New York at the time of passing.

He went onto graduate with honors from SUNY New Paltz and then began his career as a fourth-grade teacher at Goshen Intermediate School.

Charlie served in the US army at Fort Dix New Jersey during the Vietnam era as a drill sergeant.

Arrangements have been made at Donovan Funeral Home in Goshen, New York where the visitation will begin at 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, September 28th, 2019 with burial immediately following the ceremony at the Veterans cemetery on Craigville Rd.
