My wife and I never had the honor of meeting Mr. and Mrs. Warren, but we were great admirers of their work. They spent a lifetime ending pain and suffering for others and in humble service of the church. Truly, the world is a brighter place because of their many acts of kindness and deliverance.
They showed that the world beyond is nothing to fear. Certainly, they are rejoicing together in heaven. We offer our continuing prayers to the whole family for their loss.

Thank you dear Soul !!!
What a journey and gift you were !!
I didnt meet you in person yet I feel we are sisters
Because of your experiences and through movies today I am stronger than ever .
You broke up unconscious minds ... perhaps setting the path of liberation to be ourselves..
many years of Isolation because I did not feel I can share my experiences with anyone and so I went through darkness until I had to learn not to fear ..onward to light !!!!!

I first met Lorraine Warren and her wonderful husband Ed in the Green Room of a National Television Show before our combined guest appearances on the show.

Over the years we keep in touch discussing all aspects of their paranormal investigations.

It was an honor to have known them and the help and support they gave to those afflicted with severe hauntings and possessions.

Many, many years ago when I was a teacher new to the Trumbull School System and living in Monroe, I contacted you about coming into my 7th grade classes and speaking to them about the paranormal in conjunction with a unit of literature we were studying. You very graciously accepted my invitation, without a fee, I might add, and held my classes spell-bound. I will never forget you for that.
May you and your beloved Ed rest in peace now knowing and remembering all of those the both of you helped with your special God-given powers.

Lovingly Remember those that positively enlightened our life. I pay my respects to Lorraine from which life blessed her with deep insight into the unknown for many.

My mother did not want to leave this Earth, however; died within my arms 2 yrs 9mth ago on the last midnight hr.

Is death - eternal peace; even beyond the extinction of our planet - of lifes energy, which is no more in body or mind, nor spirit afterward.

With the powers higher than ourselves, I believe there is, something.... May Peace and Calm follow into death for Lorraine and All, before, and to follow.

Respectfully, if anyone beyond the living, could re-connect to a human life force, it would be Lorraine. May the power higher than ourselves with kinship, unfold.

Ed and Lorraine visited West Point in early 1973 to discuss an apparition which appeared on October 9th and 10th, 1972 in Room 4714, if memory serves me right. The Warrens warned us to stay away from that room and leave it to professionals like them. They did determine that there was an evil spirit in that room. I do not remember if an exorcist was called in or not. West Point closed that room in late December, 1972 and just opened it as a study hall maybe 10 years ago or thereabouts. To my knowledge, that room is still closed at Taps which is 11:00 PM every evening. Thank you Ed and Lorraine Warren for the most interesting lecture that my West Point Class of 1974 ever attended. God comfort Lorraine's survivors as such departures are never easy for those left behind!

I was so sad to hear that you passed away. Lorraine, you are with Ed now in heaven. I am so glad that you picked me to be one of your ghost hunting assistants in 1985. We were having our class in the media center of Masuk high school. You were talking about auras, and you said that I had the brightest one in the group, and that spirits would be attracted to me, like a moth to a flame. I will NEVER forget my first case with you and Ed, back in February and March of 1985 that became "Satan's Harvest". That one showed me the power of prayer. I will miss you. Love and blessings to Lorraine's family. I'm sure she will now be praying for us.

Posted by Rebecca Graziano - Scottsdale, AZ   April 22, 2019

Lorraine Everyone that knew you were a better person for it. For many of us, it was a gift by calling you a friend. Your life was filled with more excitement than most could ever wish for. I have coined the term for you " Godmother of the paranormal " and you my dear took all of us with you on the ride of our lives. You were a teacher, a soul that never stopped, or never turned her back to someone in need. As you know I met Ed first in 1978 working a case in Pennsylvania. I was star struck when I laid eyes on you. You took us under your wing and taught us valuable knowledge of the paranormal world. It is hard to say goodbye, but I know you are with Ed and you will continue to guide from the other side. May you always know you are loved by many, and will forever be my mentor. Thank you sweetie. Fly with the eagles dear soul. All my love, and gratitude . Rebecca Scottsdale Az.

Eternal rest grant unto her oh Lord and let lux perpetua shine upon her...a woman of deep (Catholic) faith which no doubt protected her when exposed to malevolent spirits in the work that she did. I remember meeting her and Ed when they came to Norwich Ramada to do a public presentation back in the 1990's...afterward we met them at a local pizza restaurant. She gave me a big hug and said I can feel that you are a very good person...I was taken aback and she talked to everyone so personally like she knew you for years...she is now reunited with Ed on the otherside....

My soul cries for this loss, of a special Lady.

Posted by Carole kovacs - Amston, CT   April 20, 2019

I am saddened by this loss to my very soul.
She and Ed helped my Mom and I when an uncle was haunting my home just after he crossed.
They kept me strong until all was back to normal, sort of normal for us.
We send all our sympathy to her family and we will ask our Native community to pray for all of you. I hope that my Mom will see her on the other side and talk again.

40 years of knowing both Ed and Lorraine carry such fond memories for me. From meeting them for the first time at East Stroudsburg University, Pa. and having them in for coffee and cake after their lecture, to having them speak at the former Victorian Palace Theatre I owned in Jim Thorpe, Pa. recalls such nice times. Also of having them for dinner at my home and enjoying their travel stories. I've always felt very close to both of them. They were /are such nice people!
I would phone Lorraine once in a while just to chat and was always greeted by her familiar, "Hello Honey", while I would hear her favorite pet rooster crowing in the background.
They will be missed but I am certain it is only for a little while and that we shall meet again, as I know Lorraine has once again met up with her beloved Ed!
You both will be remembered by millions of people who never had the opportunity to meet you in person, and I will continue to feel blessed by having you both in my life for so long a time!

Very sorry to hear of Lorraine's passing. She now is with her husband of many many years, Ed. Lorraine was a very kind woman. She worked with many top people in the paranormal field. When someone needed advice or help, they called Lorraine. She had a wealth of knowledge. She and Ed both, shared it with so many. She will be missed by not only her friends and family but, people who admired her very much such as myself. I know that in my heart, she was greeted by Ed on the other side. She can now rest in eternal peace and light knowing her job here, is done. I send my thoughts, love and prayers to her family and friends and everyone that knew her. God bless you, Lorraine. You helped so many people who needed it. I wish I could have met you. Maybe one day, I will.

51 years ago, I happened to meet this wonderful lady. I was drawn to take a course at the University of Maine (Orone) Bangor Campus. Ghosts, Apparitions and Satanic Cults. Lorraine and Ed were amazing teachers ... my connection with her was immediate as she lead the classes on Ghosts and Apparitions. She was at the door to calm me as I was unable to sit through Satanic Cults. I will remember her kindness always.

Our condolences to her family and friends. Thank you for sharing your parents with us. I am convinced, without a doubt, that she was the real deal. From what I've seen on the shows where she has appeared, she has helped many, many people. (And she was always impeccably dressed and coiffed!) She will always be my favorite and most respected psychic. Lorraine, I hope you will rest in peace, dear lady.

I never had the pleasure of meeting you but you were an amazing woman. I have read about you in many articles and you helped so many people. The world has lost a light of hope and it will be missed. To your family I pray that they find the peace in knowing all the love and hope you gave people and also knowing you and Ed are in heaven helping those who need it. Angels surround us and God received another one. Blessed Be.

I remember when Mr. & Mrs. Warren came to Chalk Hill Middle School in Monroe CT to talk to us in the mid 1970s. Then I saw her at the Edmund Town Hall Theater in Newtown CT when The Conjuring came out and she talked and answered questions after the movie.
