To The Family,
I've been a football fan since I was 5 years old and being a New York Giant fan I definitely remember when the Giants played the Cardinals in the 60's and what a great player John David Crow was. He was a tough player with good speed, good hands, good arm, and very intelligent when it came to football. He had all of the tools. Please accept my condolences in the passing of your loved one. What a great athlete!
Sincerely
T. Sterling

Margaret and Bobby Drake Keith send our very deepest sympathy. He will still be alive with us forever. We will never forget the wonderful years playing together at A&M. He was instrumental in all the wins we had under Coach Bryant. It was a fabulous career and he brought recognition to A&M with such dignity through out his career and the Heisman Award.

My thoughts and prayers go out to John David Crow and his family. Thank you for the memories and a special salute for being a true NFL warrior--something that is becoming less and less prevalent in today's NFL.

John David Crow was one of my childhood heroes when I began following pro football in 1961. He was a tough guy, and I still have his football card in my rack on the wall in my room. I am from the east coast but have always loved the Cardinals, because of players like him. This is a sad day for me, but a great day for the team in heaven. Imagine the applause when God announces his name to the crowd as he runs onto the field!

Sorry to hear of the passing of John David. I went to school with him at Springhill, Louisiana.
John David and all the guys on the 1952 State Champion Team were great.
He will be missed greatly, may God be with the family at this time.

I am sorry for such a great loss in your family. My father went to school with Mr. Crow, graduating in the same class in Springhill. I remember as a student at A&M, my father went to say hello at one point. Growing up in Springhill was a tough life in those days and people were so connected and proud of those who left and had such a huge impact on so many.
