I had the pleasure of meeting Ray when during a recent business trip the family extended an offer for me to join them and him for lunch. We only had a brief chat, but I remember telling colleagues how warm and charming he was and how the conversation flowed effortlessly. I am sincerely saddened by the loss of one of the pioneers of our plastics business. Fair and tough is how I remember Ray during our business dealings. And I of course remember the smile and his wonderful approach to life. May time pass quickly for you and your family.

Thank you to the Dowling family for taking the time to share this unfortunate news during this difficult time. The memories I have of Ray are always with him laughing and joking, surrounded by his wonderful family and many many friends. I absolutely LOVED his energy and to hear his many stories, what a life he lived!! I cherish the times that I got spend with Ray! My heart goes out to Joanie, her children and her grandchildren. I had the pleasure of first meeting Ray about 5 years ago. He was one of the friendliest people I've ever met! Around me, he always had a big smile on his face and he never had anything to say that was negative. His smile was infectious and he always made me feel good! What a great guy!
