My deepest sympathy and prayers to the DeSalvio family. Jerry was the first friend that I can remember. Growing up across the street from Jerry, and being the same age, Jerry and I spent a lot of time together. I have many fond memories of playing touch football in the street, baseball at Fountain field, Curb Ball, Capture the Flag, Risk or Monopoly in the garage on a rainy summer day, flipping baseball cards, riding bikes with those same baseball

Dear Jerry, when I look back I think of you with fondness and love. I was 10 when you were born, making me a much older cousin. Your mom trusted me with walking you in a stroller and carrying you up and down the stairs leading to our basement where all the cousins would play.
